What’s Included in the 4-Week Kitten Grooming Package
Each visit in the kitten grooming package is designed to gently introduce your kitten to grooming, building gradually, allowing your kitten to become familiar with handling, the environment and the grooming process.

Visit 1: Meet & Greet (20 minutes)
A gentle introduction to the salon environment, allowing your kitten to explore, settle and begin building trust.
Calm handling and a positive first experience are the focus, along with guidance on coat care and grooming at home.

Visit 2: Gentle Handling & Introduction (30 minutes)
Your kitten is gradually introduced to light brushing and handling of key areas such as paws, ears and tail.
They may also begin to experience some of the sights and sounds of the grooming environment such as driers alongside reward based techniques.

Visit 3: Building Confidence and Mini Groom (30–45 minutes)
As your kittens confidence grows, sessions begin to include more coat care, such as gentle brushing and light detangling where appropriate, face and paw wipes/tidy and hygiene trim if necessary. Rewarding your cat with treats to build positive associations.
Nail trimming may be introduced if your kitten is comfortable with this.

Visit 4: Confident Kitten & Comfortable Groom (up to 60 minutes)
The final session brings everything from the previous 3 visits together, allowing your kitten to experience a more complete groom in a way that feels familiar and manageable.
Ongoing guidance is provided to help you maintain your kitten’s coat and continue their positive grooming journey at home.
Following the package, guidance can be given on a suitable ongoing grooming schedule to keep your cat well maintained ready for adulthood and Cat Grooming.
